Step-by-step
instructions. ATTENTION: BEFORE APPLYING THE PRODUCT, READ THE PRECAUTIONS FOR USE CAREFULLY AND PERFORM A STRAND TEST. PERFORM THE STRAND TEST EVEN IF YOU HAVE USED THE PRODUCT BEFORE.
• Patch test: A patch test should be performed after each application to check for any allergic reaction to the product.
1st – Wash a small area of your forearm, take a small amount of Natutrat BTX and apply it to the area. Leave it on for 20 minutes.
2nd – Rinse the area thoroughly with plenty of running water and wait 24 hours. If skin irritation, itching or burning occurs in or near the area during this period, the product should not be used.
Strand Test: The strand test is extremely important; it serves to verify the resistance of the hair strands, indicating if the hair is in good condition. This procedure guarantees the effectiveness of the treatment. (It should be performed even if you have used the product before).
STRAND TEST PROCEDURE
1st – Separate a thin strand of hair at the top of the head (central region);
2nd – Apply a small amount of Natutrat BTX, comb it through, and leave it on for the specified time (see time chart). During the processing time, check the test strand regularly.
3rd – After the processing time, rinse the strand thoroughly with plenty of water, removing all the product.
4th – Proceed to brushing and straightening. It is necessary to straighten 8 to 10 times on very thin strands.
5th – After the entire test procedure, rinse the strand. Observe the resistance of the hair. If it is brittle, breaking easily, or if the scalp shows any irritation, it is a sign that it is NOT in good condition for treatment.
THE STRAND TEST IS MANDATORY EVEN IF THE PERSON HAS USED THIS PRODUCT BEFORE.
Application instructions:
Step 1 – Wash hair with the deep cleansing shampoo and massage gently. Repeat the application. Rinse thoroughly with water.
Step 2 – Dry 80% of the hair with a hairdryer. Comb and divide it into 4 equal sections.
Step 3 – Using a brush, apply Natutrat BTX to the entire length of the hair, starting at the nape of the neck, strand by strand from root to tip. Align the strands with a comb. Leave on for the time specified according to hair type (see time chart).
Step 4 – After the processing time, rinse the hair thoroughly with water, removing all product.
Step 5 – Then proceed with brushing and straightening. It is necessary to straighten 8 to 10 times in very thin sections. Once the treatment is finished, rinsing is not necessary.
Precautions: Natutrat BTX should not be applied after any hair transformation. We do not recommend coloring before applying Natutrat BTX; it is important to wait 10 to 15 days before or after application. For external use only. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN and in a cool, well-ventilated place. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if necessary. Do not apply if the scalp is irritated or abraded. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice. Do not use if you are allergic to any component of the formulation or if the product changes in appearance. Repeated applications may cause hair loss or alter hair color. Do not use on children. For use by pregnant or breastfeeding women, consult a doctor. Apply the product half a centimeter from the root. Do not reuse the packaging. Do not ingest. Do not apply if the scalp is irritated or injured. This preparation should only be used for its intended purpose; it is DANGEROUS for any other use.
* Caution: The use of this product may have some restrictions due to incompatibility between chemical agents, such as: henna, henê, ammonium thioglycolate, sodium hydroxide, and guanidine. Always perform a strand test before applying.
* In colored hair, depending on the shade and hair structure, fading of 1 to 2 tones may occur.
Tips and recommendations:
• Respect the processing time to ensure results and avoid damaging the hair.
• We do not recommend coloring before applying Natutrat BTX. It is important to wait 10 to 15 days before or after application.
• Using a flat iron on thick sections of hair compromises the straightening result.
• Assess the hair structure.
• The treatment lasts 2 to 3 months depending on care and hair structure.
• Avoid sleeping with wet hair to prevent compromising hair health.
• Moisturizing your hair once a week helps keep it disciplined for longer.
• It is important to keep the hair well-aligned when applying the product.
• Before rinsing the hair completely, align the strands well with a fine-toothed comb.
